Assalamu alaykum Really I used miswak brush only when I came from umrah or hajj or i have received it as gift from my friend., Miswak is good for our teeth's health because it contains certain medicine for our teeth. diseases We should use it while we are making wudu for cleaning our teet just 5 times a day We should brush it just like we use ordinary tooth brush from the right side to the left up and down We use miswak to follow Muhammad pbuh because during his era there was no toothpaste
