How do I fix a portable ice machine?

I bought an Oster brand portable ice maker 1 month ago online and its already broken. The light indicator that says ICE FULL is always on. I assume its a problem with the sensor. I bought the machine online and threw away the box and have no warranty. Is there any way to fix it? I looked online and can't find much help.

    find any engineer of refrigerator or AC....and show him ur machine prob. he can fix the problem. ;)
