    windows mobiles have superb interface but android mobiles are much cheaper, provide more functions and support millions app then windows OS.

    i would prefer android mobile.

    if your range is below 10k then samsung galaxy y.

    range :10k to 20k then try samsung ace, sony ericsion neo.

    range :20k to 30k then try lg optimus 2x,samsung s2,google mobile nexus.

    windows only if u love nokia phones and their design

    android if u like samsung crap.

    android os has more apps and is probably what u should buy now.
