Sure
As of right now, no.
NEVER say NEVER when you have Kobe. That's why we DON'T ever count Kobe out. But at this point, I say no. The Lakers DON'T have a championship team. Basically, they need Kobe to get 30+ points a night just to win games like in 2006. Gasol is declining and Bynum is always up-and-down. One night, he'll play great and then the next night, he'll play like crap. And yes, the Lakers bench is also terrific......at sucking. They had the WORST bench in the league in terms of scoring.
I think if the Lakers somehow get another star(D-Will but it'll take a miracle and it WON'T happen now) and add some key players on the bench(Terry, Odom, Smith, or Novak), they'll be back in the hunt. At this point though, no. But we'll see. Jim Buss better NOT be kidding when he told Laker fans that the Lakers are NOT making any big moves this offseason. You kidding

People keep saying the will of kobe and it really does not matter about the will of kobe because kobe cannot dominate a game like he used to.
I am sorry but kobe fans do not want to hear that but facts are facts and that the Lakers over the past two years struggle a little in the first round with pretty much inferior teams like the Nuggets this year that took the Lakers to 7 games and last year the Hornet with Chris Paul took the Lakers to 6 games and both second round this year and last the Lakers won one game out of 9. So when people keep saying the will of kobe I have to say that kobe had the will this year and last and they won one game in the second round.
Now that I have said that, they do have some of the tools to go far in the playoffs because no matter what you think, they do have 2 7 footers that are pretty good and that is their strength, Kobe is not getting any younger and his shooting % is getting lower also so if they can make the pieces of their puzzle fit then I would say that kobe can get his 6th ring but I think right now the Spurs are clearly better than them and Thunders are too athletic for them.

Not unless the Lakers make major improvements which is getting a new PG. Thunder are the best team in the West and Kobe wont be getting his 6th ring with the current roster.

No, Lakers have no good point guard (Sessions is not good.... they drafted a PG to replace him in Cleveland), They have no small forward, Gasol or Bynum are probably getting traded, their bench sucks and Mike Brown does not have a good system in place (like Phil Jackson did) that is good enough to win a championship.
