Part time employee not getting scheduled...?

I live in California and I technically have a part time job.... but I haven't been scheduled to work in nearly 3 months. Basically, I just wanted to know if this breaks any kind of labor laws or if I'm just S.O.L because I'm a part timer?

    You don't need a link you need another job after 3 months of no work obviously the employer no longer wants you as an employee
