Well, most of the sites I have come across say that a 6ft tall females ideal weight is around 160, which I find a little strange. I am 5'11 and weigh between 130 and 140 usually, which is just inside the right weight catagory. Here's a site that can calculate your BMI:

Take your current weight now and put it in a BMI calculator ( you can find it on google). It will ask you ask you current weight and height and will tell you where in the BMI categories you fall in, eg, if you're overweight or not.
