I have a friend who hid the fact he was gay for ages then came out, but I kind of suspected it.
Is it possible to lie completely and fool everyone about your sexuality?

It can be pretty easy to hide for some people. My best friend of 12 years was TOTALLY SHOCKED when I came out to her and said she NEVER expected it. I had been hiding it for about 6 years before I told her.

It is possible, imagine being gay during a time when they thought that was the devils work and would burn you alive for being gay. It must be an awful feeling to hide who you actually are.

It's easy in this society. Don't make a move on anyone and you will be fine. People assume you're straight by default.
Unless you're trying to hide heterosexuality. Whole different game...

Cases of married men and women who have later came out gay may give you an idea.

im only 13 but i hid it for 3 yrs and some people called me gay but only because i had longish hair

Some people it's easy because they either have higher levels of testosterone/estrogen and some people it's harder because they have lower levels of testosterone/estrogen. It all depends on how you act.
