My flash drive went through the washer? Can it still work?
I have a 2 gig flash drive. It hasn't gone in the drier. Would it still work? I'm afraid i'll actually short out something before it dries, so i'm not sure what to do. Thanks in advance.

My flash drive went more than once in the washer. But...
- if you wash too warm, yours may be broken
- depending on the chemical stuff you used, it may also be broken (if there's corrosion on the electronic circuits, for example)
You may either let it get dry slowly (let it somewhere a couple of days) or put it somewhere warm (but not more than ~50°C) to accelerate the process.
If it's still wet when you put it in your USB, you may break it, but also destroy your USB port if there is a short circuit.
