formatting a ps2 disc?
i got this cd from ebay and the sender was from uk and i live in the U.S so i put this game in my slimps2 and it said enter a fromat ps2 disc. its a brian lara game. So can i do some technical work by making it work in the american ps2 or can you help me by how to format this disc whoch is from uk to the U.S PS2 VERSION. also how can i connect to the internet in ps2 if i dont have a guiding disc for it. thanks

You can't format the game disc.
PlayStation consoles, much like other home game consoles are region-locked, meaning they will only work on games that are formatted under the region's system. North America uses NTSC, while the United Kingdom uses PAL.
The only solution is to buy the game in NTSC format locally, or "jailbreak" your PlayStation OS (that is if it's the older, PS2-supported PS3. PlayStation 2 devices cannot do this).
