Time for lifestyle changes?

It has come to my attention that I can probably do a better job at living a healthy life. Heres what I do on a daily basis:

I sit on the computer a LOT. I like to learn about tech and am hoping to get a Computer Science degree, so I do sit for about 5 to 7 hours a day.

I eat a lot of junk food through out the day. 2 -3 times a day I eat some fruit, and I do have a semi-healthy Lunch and dinner.

Obviously I can do better than this, but I wanted to know if I could have gained any health problems from it. I have been acting like this for about half a year, but I am slowing down with all the chocolate, and have been walking my dog almost daily aswell.

    The only way to check if you have "gained any health problems from it" is to have a complete physical with a doctor. If you feel good, just try your best to get rid of junk food, eat more fruit and veges, have a balanced diet and you can try juicing which is awesome for you!

    But a diet that consists of mostly junk food can give you diabetes, hypertension, not to mention obesity
