Wide awake and can't sleep because of nightmares while awake?

This is strange because i normally don't have nightmares but i cant sleep and am literally writing this up at 4:40am because of a nightmare i have while just about to sleep. This thing keeps on popping up through walls and can move through my bed and solid objects and looks like something from a horror film, a thing resembling a little girl but has grey skin, teeth similar to baraka or a shark and a huge tongue. It has dirty white hair and is wearing very dirty off-white rags. When im trying to fall asleep and just looking at the ceiling it's head will just come out of the ceiling without damaging anything and crawl down and get next to me, im pretty damn scared, it goes on top of me and grabs my throat and i literally can't breath but i know i am awake. It licks my face and then i feel so scared i feel like throwing up. Then its gone. This thing has shown up twice and sometimes i think im seeing it. This is driving me mad and has happened for three days. Looking for advice and help

Im not a little girl or anything, I'm a 16 year old guy. I am used to going to bed late but not with these sorta things.

Did u see some horror movie lately ?....if yes then stop watching such movies altogether coz they bring nightmares...they r not for everyone ..and these are all things of yur fertile imagination and nothing else..u need to just hang on for a few more nights ..try alochol that will knock u down for a long time ..it will give u sleep and u wont have nightmares...but dont make it a habit..try other herbal remedies to get good sleep ..our mind has specific tendencies.. mind gets habituated to the routines we set..if u sleep early then automatically you fall asleep at the same time everyday..if u get into the habit of getting very deep sleep through technique then yur mind gets into that routine and u will never get nightmares .... i used to get horrible nightmares that some animal is attacking me or UFOs are coming above the roof...but once i put in the practice of getting deep sleep its all gone away ...

I'm not saying what you're seeing isn't real, but I think that you may be in a very real dream like state. It's called lucid dreaming, it's where you are very aware of your surroundings and know what's going on.

Also, you could be developing slight schizophrenia, It makes you to see things that aren't there and feel things that aren't happening. I knew someone who had it and it was from sleep deprivation.

I hope that it goes away.
