have you tried jilian Michaels 30 days shred ?

hi has anyone tried te jilian micheals 30 day shred workout? and how exactly does it work. do you do the level one work out for 10 days and then level 2 for 10 and so forth ?

    The way the 30 day shred works is that you do each of the 3 levels for 10 days, so it's exactly how you said :)

    The workout itself is a combination of strength, cardio and abs and each is split into 3 circuits. It's 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes cardio and 1 minute of abs which is repeated but with different moves eg:

    Level 1, Circuit 1 cardio is jumping jacks and jump rope whereas Circuit 2 cardio is butt kicks and shadow boxing.

    You will need a bit of space around you to move and some weights suitable to your ability. It's an intensive workout but I saw muscle tone developing within the first week!
