How i get my 16 month old babies to sleep all night?
this is how are days goes?
first we get up eat then we go and clean up. they have about on cup of water at this time. then we go outside and play for about a hhur or 2. then we clean up came in and again. they can a cupe of water at this time maybe 2. they sleep for about 2 hurs. then we play go back outside to play more. they will eat again and i will clean the house give then a bath get them ready for bed. we play some more. dad will play with them on his days off. so about 9pm i put them to bed they go to sleep. they get one cup of milk at this time. at 4 am they get up and cry. they just cry i dont know why they dont want me to hold them they dont want a cup. they just cry. they dont sleep in the same bed. why wont they sleep what is wrong with them.

That's pretty normal. At 16 months the brain is developing so they probably have dreams. You can go in there to comfort them or read to them to calm them down, but you need to be firm after that and let them know it's time to go back to bed. If you have to let them cry it out then do so. This worked for my son and he's over 2 years old now and only wakes up every once in a blue moon.

Just ignore them until it's time for you to get up. If you do it for about a week, it should knock them out of that habit of thinking just because they cry Mommy gets up. They're old enough now they don't need to eat or drink at night. My 7 month old goes from about 4am to 12pm without making a fuss, even if he does wake up because he knows there's no point in crying. I feed him when I go in there on MY schedule, not his.
