Your browser should have an option to set the path. In FireFox it is in the Options window on the bottom half of the Main tab. I was able to set my browser to use my plugged in flash drive in FF. You can also set your browser to always ask you where you want downloaded files to be saved.

Hello!! go to options > click on save files>then locate it to your pendrive thats for mozilla browser
for google chrome go to the wrench icon> go to settings > scroll down and click advance settings at the buttom > then you can find the download path change it to pen drive
then thats done! hope it helps :)
