What is this tumor at spinal cord?

im old of 27.

I have a tumor diameter of approx 3Cm's at the back, near the spinal cord for 3 years.

it creates no problems, but when excising some pain around that area, not in the tumor.

so i consulted a surgeon, she said it is near the spine, u should consult neurosurgeon for removing.

my question is it dangerous for future?

can it be removed?
