    I am most sure this is a joke, but in the case it is not, you should contact your police department, fire fighters or anything of the sort, some authority.

    It's very unstable, so it should be decaying right now into radium or another element, but it's radioactive, so make sure you contact someone who can deal with it properly.

    umm you would be killed , and its extremely hard to harvest francium because it has a shelf life of only 28 minutes i think it was then it breaks down.

    yeah right it take lots of skill to aquire just 1 pound of it. -_-
