ive been watching coverage of this all day and its not lie. the 4 liberal judges thought the commerce argument was correct but justice roberts said the mandate would stand under if considered a tax. all five voted that the mandate was legal doesnt matter what reason each chose. based on roberts' interpretation my car insurance is a tax also.

the government has no money. any money they collect for any reason is a tax. and it comes from taxpayers.
