How can you calm down anxiety?

I need actual methods. I don't want, breath in and breath out, I need actually method to make myself calm down. I can't think straight anymore. It has gotten to the point where everything in my life makes me unhappy becasue i am nervous. I always have severe anxiety attacks. I am a 14 year old healthy boy as my doctor tells me. I need help. Please someone help me with these attacks. I can't do anything fun anymore becasue I get nervous and anxious. I try calming myself down and clear my mind and what not but I result in throwing up. Usually when I throw up twice, my anxiety goes away and I can go and do that activity. Is there anyy way to make this stop? Please help.

Update:

I used to have EXTREME panic attacks daily, no exaggeration. I'm 15 and I was put on Celexa, which was not very good for my depression, but worked wonders for my anxiety. I'm on Zoloft now, which helps more with depression. What I do when I get anxious is go for a walk and talk to a certain person. For me, my boyfriend helps the most. Also, I'm not trying to be rude, but that dude that said get a bowl of ice cream... NO. that is the worst thing you could do. Sugar will only make it worse, ESPECIALLY if youre like me and youre hypoglycemic. Either go for a walk, do something on the computer, sometimes just taking a hot shower will help too. Also, melatonin is a natural sleep aid, I take that, and it will help you if you have an attack at night. I know sometimes you just want to go to sleep, but cant. Melatonin is over the counter and I highly recommend getting a lower dosage since the higher dosages cause EXTREMELY vivid nightmares usually. Also, talk to a therapist on a regular basis if you dont already. That really helped me. Just make sure the therapist is somebody you can easily talk to and you feel completely comfortable with. Hope this helped(:

Actually, the root cause for anxiety has to be first found out. Cut the root cause in the beginning itself. It has a chain reaction.

It requires healthy and wise habits and traits. The main root cause for anxiety is bad desire i.e. materialistic or worldly desires or pleasures, which may also be illegitimate. If such desires are not fulfilled, one gets frustration, frustration leads to grief, grief leads to confusion, confusion leads to doubts or suspicion or fear. Then one gets dejection. Then the mind oscillates, distracts or distorts the facts. one gets hallucination and remains bewildered. All these things leads to loss of reason, and results in worries. Too much of worries bring anxieties.

Go workout at the gym while listening to music. After that I usually take a walk at the park but this can trigger too many thoughts and leave you feeling miserable so I suggest that you keep very busy! Go out with some friends maybe?
