depressed and shattered completely from inside.?
I have been into depression for a long time. My life is totally miserable. it can't get more miserable. I am at this point that i am having thoughts of ending it. It started like - when i was in school, i was considered ugly so everyone used to be bully me even though i was very friendly and good to everyone.
It crushed my confidence and self esteem there. after finishing school, i went to college where i had a couple of friends but i was still feeling lonely. i never considered them as true friends but they were a lot better ones than i had in school. atleast they wouldn't bully me. but then life moved on but i was still under depression . Now the depression has gone to such an extent that i screwed up my memory. I can't concentrate and focus on anything. i can't even remember things i do. it's like millions of thoughts run in my mind. I lost my social skills .i can't even speak fluently - can't remember words while speaking. so i stammer a lot , i have to take time and think before i speak. I want someone to help me out of this.
If anyone willing to help me, contact me @ shattered.completely@yahoo.in
if you are an indian, then it will be very good though others are also welcome :)

Depression self-help tip 1: Cultivate supportive relationships
Getting the support you need plays a big role in lifting the fog of depression and keeping it away. On your own, it can be difficult to maintain perspective and sustain the effort required to beat depression. But the very nature of depression makes it difficult to reach out for help. However, isolation and loneliness make depression even worse, so maintaining your close relationships and social activities are important.
Depression puts a negative spin on everything, including the way you see yourself, the situations you encounter, and your expectations for the future.
Depression self-help tip 3: Take care of yourself
In order to overcome depression, you have to take care of yourself. This includes following a healthy lifestyle, learning to manage stress, setting limits on what you’re able to do, adopting healthy habits, and scheduling fun activities into your day.
Depression self-help tip 4: Get regular exercise
When you’re depressed, exercising may be the last thing you feel like doing. But exercise is a powerful tool for dealing with depression. In fact, studies show that regular exercise can be as effective as antidepressant medication at increasing energy levels and decreasing feelings of fatigue.
Depression self-help tip 5: Eat a healthy, mood-boosting diet
What you eat has a direct impact on the way you feel. Aim for a balanced diet of protein, complex carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables.
Depression self-help tip 6: Know when to get additional help
If you find your depression getting worse and worse, seek professional help. Needing additional help doesn’t mean you’re weak. Sometimes the negative thinking in depression can make you feel like you’re a lost cause, but depression can be treated and you can feel better!

Buddy, this reminds of something of my life past. Well, i am myself also not a good person to help u in this, but if u think then pl, don't ruin urself. I know that bullying hurts a lot, it shatters u completely from within. it just destroys ur good senses.
And u start thinking that the whole world hates u. But it is nt like that. These kind of people used to hate ur good qualities thats why they destroyed u. Move ahead in life, And people are not supposed to judge u, u know urself better, ur parents know u completely. So why to worry. Pl try this, stand in front of mirror and say it u that no one can hurt u without ur wish, and also say it to urslef before going to sleep at night, i am sure it will remain in ur memories while sleeping and when u wake it will be there in u.

I am right there with you. I have lost my mind literately and have no friends like I used to. I drink like I once used to as a teenager, I now think suicide almost everyday and cry all of the time. I am in a horrible relationship with someone that thinks they are better then me and everybody else. She treats me like crap and she even has my kid against me. She isn't even that good looking but she calls me ugly and fat. I have mostly treated her great but she has cheated and treats me like crap for awhile now. If I were you I would try to go on dating sites and find good friends that don't talk about others behind their backs and you will know that they are good friends. Stick with them and even if you are going through bad times with family too, make sure you stick with them in this bad time. Get a counselor and talk with them about the problems even though these days nobody actually cares about us but the money from insurance. I hope you end up doing better and whenever I do pray again I will pray for you. Actually I will say a prayer right now. OK done. I hope all goes well and you will one day actually enjoy life and see how great it can be. Well make that two of us.I hope to see the beauty once again one day. Take care and God bless.

You need to talk to your doctor about medication to get you through this rough patch in your life. Therapy will help too! you shouldn't have to be happy and things can get better :)

Don't do it. I know drugs are wrong but marijuana has helped with depression and actually stimulates brain cells. Please remember that YOU DO HAVE PEOPLE WHO CARE ABOUT YOU. It's not worth it man.
