Why are some religions are being catered like a product so that people may accept them? pls read the details?

But I see something fishy about another person with name Krishna who answered this question before me :). Seems to be a fake, so will leave it anyway. There are many fraudsters out there like Nityananda. But how ppl react to him is the question? he is publicly denounced and all media is showing him as fraud. This is what is needed. We are not hushing up facts unlike the minorities of India who try to hush up everything and try to put an innocent face as if they are always at receiving end.

Coming back to topic, yes it is a clear cultural genocide if anyone tries to convert a hindu to any non-hindu religion in India. India is the only place where majority are hindus and its basic cultural flavour is Hindu to the core. Trying to disturb it and converting ppl and making them hate their own relatives and friends is a heinous crime infact, whether they do it knowingly or unknowingly. Anti-conversion laws should be made more strict. It is not wrong to say that ppl who want to come back to hinduism should be welcomed but ppl who want to be converted to other religions by means of money, brainwashing with hatred and misguiding ill informed hindus with false concepts about hinduism etc should be made strictly punishable.

India may be secular. But it is so only because India as a whole is a hindu nation in thought. If not for it, then show me any secular muslim nation in the world? Also though There are secular christian nations, they are not as liberal when it comes to religion. Even USA is democratic, but the constitution says it is basically Christian. In India, all the liberal ideas we have are only because hindus allowed it. So if you harm hindus, then you harm the basic constitution of being Indian which is deterrent to the progress of our country. Hindus were the ppl who have given refuge to early christians, a few muslims who fled from Arabia being persecuted by jews and arabs who still didn't yet convert to islam, Jews when they were persecuted by Romans, Zoroastrians when they were persecuted by muslims, Pharsees when they were persecuted by muslims. Is it enough?

All this generosity and welcoming nature of hindus has been at what cost?

Five lakh hindus were sent out of their homes from kashmir valley and they are living life of refugees in their own country in the outskrits of Delhi. They call our religion satanic because their minds can't understand higher concepts. They mix up social evils with spirituality and say hinduism promotes all those prevailing social evils and try to use that as argument to convert innocent and gullible hindus by eroticizing and demeaning the hindu ideas of God and culture. All these bad things are done by christians and muslims wherever possible. Check Kerala state, 8 North Eastern states, and Kashmir etc where we see all this ugly side of minorities rampant.

Every true indian should vehemently oppose all such bad things happening against hindus. The idea of Free and democratic India lasts only as long as a hindu is respected. Because by the very definition of hindu, we don't persecute other religions or call them satanic or barbaric or primitive however they are or don't try to convert them and try to increase our head counts like rats.

I suggest everyone start reading books of Rajiv Malhotra, listen to speeches of Dr. Subrahmaniam Swamy, above all read complete works of Swami Vivekananda, and also Aurobindo.

You are 100% right. These new Avatars are a black dot on Hindu religion. They make money and make money out of the ignorance of the people. But such neogodmen are always caught and put behind the bars. The latest is Nityananda who is really a born castrated man as he claims had got the throne of a highly reputed religious place in Madurai, SouthIndia, that had been in existence for more than 12oo years.

If a word can be placed upon something, it is subject to perversion. These establishments are perverting ancient knowledge by exploiting it for profit. These religions are run by business men, not the authentic people who have shared their light.

Religion can be a great tool to give you guidelines, or a structure to living your life, however people take most of this on faith, and don't discover it for themselves. A good amount of our population lack the natural capacity to listen to their own guidance; they are who need religion the least! They are in fact what keeps these religions alive.

There are those who are naturally in tune with spirit and do not follow a religion, they are simply religiousness. They have authentically developed the inherent intuitive space within our minds. And there are those who have accessed these spaces through the teachings of great masters, by being adept listeners.

I think it is inevitable for religions to be distorted like this because it's the natural way of things; nothing is permanent, not even religion. The best we can all do for each other is be compassionate enough to guide those who are so helplessly lost, and remain wary of those who sell beliefs.

Why other religions, even many sects in Hinduism are try to sell themselves as salvagers.

Organized religion has a motive like any organization. So these have some motive and not pious by any means.

Hope Hindus are intelligent enough to see this.

All religions/castes are created by humans, the reason is simple for "POWER", religions fight other religions and in religion castes fight other castes.
