Hey, i am 16 and just started working out at the gym to build muscle

i weigh 117 pounds and am 5ft 7in but still have fat

i joined the gym and want to build muscle

but can i still eat some junk food..? also i am a vegiterian so what else should i eat or do to build musle

all input is appreciated

    Whey protein. Or lentils.

    If you want to lose fat,eating properly and doing cardio is the only way.

    That means-NO junk food.

    And no dinner/meal few hours before sleep.

    Drink a lot of water,jog,punch that sweat out.

    If you just workout in the gym,your muscles will get bigger,but your fat won't be noticeably reduced.
