will the con edison strike cause a blackout?
of what i hear they are going on strike at midnight tonite but im a bit scared because we are currently in a heat wave and i have a 16 year old dog that cant handle the heat.... if anyone knows anything, please let me know!! ThAnKs <3 <3

Well they say that there will be a risk of a black out.. I wish the best of luck to your 16 year old dog! :D If you can, you might want to buy a battery powered fan..

No the strike will not cause any blackouts, con Edison mangers and higher ups will make sure that doesnt happen , it may be power outages but not due to the strike only because the overuse of air conditioners, ect....
