Payza (Alert Pay) or Skrill?? Please help!?

I want to create an account for my business activities (Already using Paypal). It should be Payza or Skrill. Which one is the best to choose? Please someone help me!!!

    Skrill (Moneybookers) has 28.1 million members and lower commissions.
