Where can I find prairie oysters?

I am traveling through Alberta this coming September and would like to try prairie oysters. I have looked online and seem to have found only one place in Calgary with it on the menu but it seems to be part of a 4 course meal and very fancy... I'm not a fancy kind of girl, I was hoping to try it in a pub style place with a good draft beer.

We will be going all over Alberta and I will make any detour to try this baby's out! So any location will help, thanks for your responses.

    there are lots just "hanging around" in Alberta.

    There are a couple of place that sell them, small and large roadhouse and cowboy style places, just look around or check the restaurant review sites, here's one.
