What does "You can not view this question at this time" mean?

BESIDES the obvious, that I can not view the question at this time. Other people apparently are viewing it, because the numbers of answers keep growing. The only guess I have is that the person has blocked me? Wow, I usually think of myself being pretty calm and reasonable, and don't know of anyone that I have gotten in a fight with.

In HS because the question in question is, and HS is the only section I usually go into.

Update:

I guess ya'll are right, it was deleted, seemed innocent enough though, something about a cutting horse. The reason I was so puzzled was that it kept getting additional answers over a couple of hours. It is gone now though.

Update 2:

Yep, apparently I'm blocked. I tried signing out then looking at another question the same person just asked (wasn't looking for the person, it just looked like a question I wanted to answer), and could read it when not signed in, but not read when signed in. Oh, well...I guess you'r right, can't please all the people all the time. Thanks for the answers.

It means either the person who asked the question has blocked you (which can be accidentally done, especially if they are using a smartphone or touch screen tablet), or that you are experiencing a software glitch. If you try again in a few hours and get the same message, the user has most likely blocked you. You can also check by logging out of your yahoo account and then viewing the question. If it let's you see it then, you were blocked by the asker.

@Ron, anyone can block a user from viewing their questions. If you hover over a person's avatar, a window comes up with the option to "block".

Let me take a guess, Burdfour. You're being blocked by someone like Donald or Albert, right? That's why that stupid message keeps appearing. I've had the same thing happen to me, and it's incredibly annoying. There are people on here who are obvious TROLLS, and these two are among them. We can't get rid of them, though, because they block anyone who tries to say anything they don't like. I've actually reported Donald a few times for some of his questions, which in many cases are highly offensive. But it never seems to do any good. The only advice I have is to pick your questions carefully, and watch for the repeat trolls. That way, you can avoid seeing this message.

Source(s): I'm a horse owner/ professional and a longtime YA user. I've had this problem myself for quite a while now.

Either you were blocked by the user who posted the question and you cannot view it or the question has been deleted. I have been blocked by a few users on here, I have no idea why though. I thought I have been just trying to help them but maybe they took it as if I were being rude to them?

Usually it's deleted or you're blocked.

I'm blocked by one or two people on here, I'm not sure why I don't think I've ever been mean to anyone in this section...

It means the person blocked you. Don't let it get you down. I was once blocked by someone just because I disagreed with her on one question (I got her to tell me why).

The only one who can block you is the administrator of HS. I get the same thing at times and if I come back to it it will usually alloy me to view it.

It usually means the question will be deleted.
