Wilderness survival classes near Gainesville, Florida?

I am very interested in the concept of self-reliance. I have 5 acres of land and have learned most of the plants that I can find on it, I have made cordage from sweet-grass and yucca, made yucca soap/shampoo, made fire, traps, made blackberry cobbler and jelly, am working on cultivating both plants and am building a small cabin in my backyard out of water oaks complete with a yucca rope hammock. But after all that I still don't know a lot about the wild plants in Florida. I would like to have some real survival training on wild edibles and shelter making. I'm 15 and have very limited money so i'm looking for a super cheap or even free course near Gainesville. Anyone know of anything like that?
