PLEASE HELP PLEASE!!!! IPHONE PROBLEM! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!?

Well, right now I am in a BIG trouble. You are probably going to tell me I am stupid after this but, please help me :(. Okay first the Iphone I mentioned in the title I just updated it and downloaded the new update. After I did it stupidly me, (I am 13) I saw that ALL the photo's and games in the Iphone was erased. I tried Restoring it and backup because I thought that it would help the Iphone go to original place with the photo's and games but it did no help.. Please help and I mean help me I would greatly apprentice it very much. The Iphone is my brother who lives in California. My brother gave it to my sister (Who is older than me and he too) Because she would like to you know where the places where we go. The Iphone is the 1st Iphone. Please help me may god bless you!
