Does a tax by any other name still smell as sweet?

Both Obama and Romney are spinning like dynamos trying to convince us that their respective individual mandates aren't a tax. Does it really matter what it's called? The supreme court sure doesn't think so! People keep telling me that voting for Gary Johnson is the same as voting for Obama, well, why should I care? What's different about the two? They're caught up in trying to convince us that A isn't A, but it's not the name that is our enemy here.

It is a tax, and I at least have no problem admitting as much.

It's a tax on freeloaders and to me it seems pretty reasonable and just.

It smells like something that a horse leaves behind once they've had their share of oats...

Obama has passed policies that are in violation of the US CONSTITUTION you had better care, otherwise don't whine when more of your rights are taken away.

Romney did Romneycare for his state and he said it DOES NOT WORK, it was a MISTAKE. Yet Obama probably purposely modeled this bill after the failed Romneycare just so he could attribute his plan to following Romneycare; blaming the Republicans once again for his incompetence.
