http://gyazo.com/118d50bbd8c7b246a38a11caa0d15d2c
I need to erase all files, etc... out of my drive. I tried system restore but the option to restore it didn't let me use it because I was missing something. I need to completely erase everything on it so could someone please help? PS I know I have a small drive, but I don't use much, around 20g or so.

Are you looking to destroy the drive so no information can be recovered but the drive still usable once formatted? If so, use a disk overwite utility such as http://www.hermetic.ch/dd/dd.htm

Do you have Windows XP installation disc?
If you have it, then boot from the CD and select partition > format.
