refund on a replacement kindle?

iv been sent a kindle on the warranty the new kindle is under 30 day old could i get a full refund?

    the "new" kindle you got under warranty doesn't restart the return policy, so if its been more than 30 days since your ORIGINAL PURCHASE, you can't.
