How do you fix a loose tooth?

My 6 y/o nephew and I were wrestling and he accidentally kicked me in the mouth. Now my tooth is loose. I can not afford to go to the dentist. Is there something I can do that will help firm it back up? Thank you in advance.

It would help to know which tooth. But yes many times a tooth will tighten up. you will have to completely stay away from the tooth. Meaning no chewing or grinding. I would suggest wearing a mouth guard you can purchase one at K Mart kids use them for football . A dentist would place a light cured resin behind that tooth and the two adjacent just for support. But with care it should tighten. I was in a motorcycle accident & my upper front tooth was wobbly loose. It took about 6 months but the tooth is fine.

    Should you pull it

Or try to keep the teeth in place for the dentist to work on
