Dreams about same people over and over?

Okay so since the beginning of this summer (specifically, the beginning of summer running) I've been having dreams nearly every night with the same two people.

The first person is Abby, a girl on my summer running team who I am pretty dang close with, she's one year younger than me.

The second person is Braiden, another person on my summer running team who I am close with but never do much outside of practice and meets and team events. He is also a year younger than me and he's cute, but no I am not interested in him like that.

So the dreams occur nearly every night and it's usually just the three of us. Once we went shoe shopping and they helped me pick out a pair of shoes. Another time we all went rollarskating. Basically, it's just like we are all hanging out. Although once, when we were hanging out Braiden kissed me on the lips and I told Abby that it met absolutely nothing. Thats all. But there has been so many of them, and if they weren't the main characters in the dream they were still there.

I've told both of them about all the dreams and they just laugh about it.

Why do you think I keep dreaming about them? Thankyou:)

PS. Abby has told me she has had a couple dreams about me and Braiden as well, but they weren't the same dreams as mine!
