x^2 + bx + c quadratic format...We must complete the squares for each x and y
(x^2 - 16x + ___) + (y^2 - 4y + ____) = -59.............(b/2)^2 for x (-16/2)^2 = (-8)^2 = 64
(x^2 - 16x + 64) + (y^2 - 4y + ___) = -59 + 64..........for y (-4/2)^2 = (-2)^2 = 4
(x^2 -16x + 64) + (y^2 - 4y + 4) = -59 + 64 + 4
(x - 8)^2 + (y - 2)^2 = 9................(x - h)^2 + (y - k)^2 = r^2 Circle center (h, k) radius r
Center (8, 2) radius 3
(5, 2),(8, 5), (11, 2) and (8, -1) are all points on the circle
