Should I smack her butt?
Okay, so this girl I work with, whom I kind of like/think is very attractive, was working with me today. She's kind of quiet and occasionally talks to me, and I joke around and say stuff like "I love you" and she'll laugh and what not. Well today, she came up to me to return menus to this podium and smacked my *** with the menus lightly. Should I return the favor tomorrow when we work? How do I go about doing that? Does she like me? Thanks!

It is very inappropite for a man to smack a woman's ****. And it is insulting to some women. She might be thinking how embarrassing it is that she did that, sometimes people react without thinking, and they regret it.
And she might think you're not interested, it depends on how she is. You could simply return the favor in a better way? Something to tell her you're interested, yet your respect her.
