High creatinine means kidneys not working well. But benzodiazepines are broken down by the liver not the kidneys. So that's not the complete answer. But they have a long half life and stay in the body a long time

High creatinine levels are because the kidneys are not working properly, it could be the person has high blood pressure or badly controlled diabetes or kidney disease which could need dialysis. Google it and it gives all the answers as to what it could be but nothing to do with medication.
