If her feelings are mutual.
Probably not after hanging out twice though. Give yourselves some time to actually establish something.
If she doesn't have feelings for you it's going to make her really uncomfortable, so just make sure of that before doing anything.
But pretty much, if I liked a guy, and we'd been hanging out a few months, I'd probably find it pretty cute.

I think that would be really cute if I liked you in return. Even if I didn't feel the same way about you in return, I would still think it's a sweet gesture. (: I say you should go for it. I just wouldn't make it HUGE. You know, taking over the entire driveway.
