what does it mean when your neck hurts?
i feel and hit my head and my back yesterday off of a tire swing. my head feels fine and my back just hurts a little on the lower back. then now my sternohyoid muscle is hurting wen i press around my neck. i dont have a problem swallowing n also i didnt get a chance to drink alot of water today or yesterday as i usually drink could that cause or wat do u think it is?
i hit the ground so hard that everything was spinning for a few seconds
its just the front part that hurts right where my throat is

Thats why i hate going on tire swings just thinking about it makes me dizzy now but every time i went on it i would get really sick. Because you hit your head on the tire swing thats probably why it hurts.
