phonecall or email.. whats the right way to talk to exporter to start export ...?

My opinion is this; Find someone who has a job in that line of work, take down questions to ask them in order to prepare yourself for the tasks. Make sure to ask things like " what are the steps I can take to assure the parties interests", " where do I start to bait them in and bite, is it worth the display or to show the numbers. ". :

Call the person of interest to help you find out the answers, make a day to meet or call when available to talk, keep it short, simple and to the point. Find any relative to the firm that might be able to answer those questions that he/her cannot give to you. And keep a list of other people to meet to compare techniques or answers, that way u may be able to build yourself up on other peoples success as well.
