I can't get a tampon in? Ekk. Help?

Okay, so I'm turning 15 soon. I have my period since I was 11. I tried using tampons ONCE...and was successful. That was like two years ago. I've decided that I want to try them again...and I know where to put it. It's just that...I can't seem to push it in. -_-' Have advice?

The kind I have is Tampax Pearl Regulars.

squat, and try again. If that doesn't work prop your leg on the toliet or counter and try again. just takes practice :)
