Is my pokemon card special?

I have the full evolution of klink and they are like the klang below

with shiny background and the same silver

below them. Are they anything special?

    I haven't bought a pack in years, but if I remember correctly, every card that's printed has a regular and foil printed. Foils are slightly more valuable, but not by much. (For example, a foil Klingklang goes for about 3 bucks, while a non-foil goes for just under 2.)
