Hypermobility Exercises?

I have been diagnosed with Joint hypermobility syndrome in my shoulders, hands, knees and feet. Does anyone know of a good exercise routine that could help strengthen these areas?

    request a PT referral from the doc who diagnosed you...there are an awful amount of joints involved, but isometrics will help considerably...gotta know how though, so get a referral...believe it or not, most people just move, they don't truly exercise, negligent if they are doing them effectively...good luck!!
