Hi Kid, whistling is nothing but the resonance occurring in an closed organ pipe. We raise our tongue and underneath we keep our fingers and blow air at different levels. As we do it repeatedly then we would get a chance of getting resonance. Hence whistling. Any steadfast practice would come to a grand success. All the best dear.
