Well, if you're certain about it then you had better go see a physician right away before it spreads to your bones and organs. Tongue carcinomas are typically very curable with surgical treatment.

If you think you may have tongue cancer, you need to see a doctor promptly.  Oral cancer can spread quickly, so you need to get it treated as soon as possible.
