It sound like something is rolling around in my laptop(pc) and it won't turn on, any ideas?

If nothing happens you may have a hard ware problem. Remove the battery and leave it out of the computer. This is hard for a home user to do as you will not have the parts like hard drive, memory, cpu and other items. So you will have to take your computer in for a estimate. Local shops have lower prices and faster service than the big box stores...To get a good accurate answer give the brand, model number, installed operating system of the laptop when asking a question as all PC's are not the same.
