Entering the battlefield with a counter on it is not a trigger. Triggered abilities start with the words At, When, and Whenever. An "enters the battlefield" trigger will be worded "when ~ enters the battlefield" or "whenever ~ enters the battlefield", Undying is a triggered ability that reads "when ~ dies". Notice the difference? Torpor Orb only stops the "enters the battlefield" triggers.

Yes. Torpor Orb only stops abilities that trigger when a creature enters the battlefield. Undying triggers when the creature dies, so it's unaffected by Torpor Orb.
