If corporations are people will they have to pay the fine for not purchasing healthcare?

Corporations are legal persons in SOME aspects of life. Not all. Since a corporation has no health to insure, they will not pay the tax.

Corporations above a certain size are required to provide health care to their employees, or pay a penalty for each employee, who will then be able to purchase health insurance through the State run insurance exchanges, and employees will received subsidies to purchase insurances, based on their income level.

Small businesses will receive tax credits to cover their employees.

The is no federal law that requires companies to buy health insurance for their employees. It is just a perk to attract talented people to work for them.

yes. in fact under obamacare companies that don't carry HC insurance will have to pay a fine....uh......penalty........i think they are calling it a tax now?
