If you want to make a good deck you need to settle on a theme. You could probably make a playable deck from the cards you have but honestly if you'd just bought 3 Dragons Collide structure decks you'd be in a much better situation to make a good deck than the route you've taken in just buying boosters.
If I were you I would buy two more Dragons collide decks and make Dragonsworns, you just need to put in the good monsters from the structure decks then add staples (Dark Hole, Heavy Storm, MSTs, etc) a Future Fusion and a Five Headed Dragon for your extra deck. It would have saved you money and made a far better deck.
Also whilst I'm not discrediting the other advice you've been given each deck has its own play style, and spells and traps change accordingly. Most Dragonsworn decks have no traps because it simply doesn't need them, whilst something like a Gravekeepers deck has at most only 16 monsters (provided it's well made) simply because it recycles monsters and searches them out easily. So although 20 monsters 10 spells and 10 traps is an alright basis to start off on when just getting in to the game, it's not by any means a set rule and makes a lot of decks much worse if you stick to it religiously.

Could use a little bit of work. I would give it a 5 out of 10 in traditional play. It is not legal for advanced play. Just some very simple advice: start with a theme/strategy and stick with it. Any cards that don't fit that theme or strategy must be replaced with cards that do. In addition to that, any empty slots (less than 40 cards) should be filled in with cards that aid the other cards in the deck. All cards in the deck should give you maximum benefit without having high costs for use. Hope this helps. Good luck and have fun.

I can't compose the deck for you. But I can give you some tips.
1. A deck should be 40-45 cards if you want a good drawing deck.
2. A deck should have equal amount of monsters to spells and traps or more than the total amount of spells and traps. Because if you don't get a monster you can't attack.
3. look through your monsters and get one monster that sticks out the most to you. Read his/her effect and then look for monsters that might help him/her. Or look at what his effect is and that might give you an idea of what kind of deck you want to run.
4. When putting in cards I like to think of it this way, have at lest 5 or 6 tuner monsters, (don't worry about that because you don't have any synchros) have 2 or 3 spell and traps that can destroy or keep your monsters safe. That means 2 or 3 spells and 2 or 3 traps.
5. When putting monsters in I like to have only like 5 at most lvl 5 or higher monsters. The rest should be lvl 1-4 and makes sure to add up lvls with your tuners to get out good synchros. (But because you don't have any synchros then don't worry about tuners)
6. You can go with your gut on your deck and build it yourself. Or look online for a deck list.
From what I see on your list of cards you could have a pretty good deck. A deck isn't as fun if you don't make it yourself though. Or at lest for me it isn't.
Protip: Tour guide is worth a lot. Look it up on ebay.
