I heard the new boutique restaurant, One Claypot House in Cebu is quite good (https://www.facebook.com/ClaypotHouseCebu). They serve Singaporean food in Cebu, as well as Thai, Malaysian, and Pinoy dishes too.

i have not been to Cebu in awhile yet I do bear in mind close to Shangrila there's a abandoned highway that leads to a good purchase of eating places fronting the sea the position you may %. your fish and performance it cooked. Ask a cab motive force once you hop in in the inn.
