Burtom Custom X or Joystick snowboard?
I'm 6 feet tall, 165lbs, size 13 boot, I'm looking for an all around great board. I do everything from totally bombing the mountain, backcountry, to shreddin' it up in the park, so I need a board that is good for most everything and these are the two boards that I've found. Price is not really that big a deal, the custom X is a little spendy, but I'd rather spend more money on a board that I will like more and will last me longer. I'm a beginning to intermediate rider and quickly excelling in skill. Any advice on which board to get would be greatly appreciated

Where do you ride? and what area is your main priority?
Those boards aren't very similar.
Custom X - Stiff, Traditional camber, Bombing mountains, For experienced riders
Joystick - Reverse Camber, Medium flex, More of a park board, Should be much more forgiving
I would imagine these two are a better match for a riding style that encompasses everything.

Med stiff, Hybrid camber, forgiveness of rocker with the stability of camber, they should be fine everywhere

if your beginner to intermediate i would recommend the joystick. I have the hero (1 step down from the joystick) and it is awesome! It floats so good in powder, I love taking it though trees, and handles ice great. But if money is not the problem then i'd go with the custom x if you can handle black damonds and/or double blacks.
