I got a seatbelt ticket. I am 17 and wasnt going to tell my parents. I was just going to go and pay the fine. But do they send out a notice in the mail, or like a reminder in the mail? I am just worried because my parents check the mail regularly. This is in the state of Washington. Thanks. Also will a seatbelt ticket effect insurance?

1. What are the roads like between washington and anchorage/fairbanks?

2. Can i pull a trailer up the roads in the winter?

3. Whats the weather like compaired to the seattle area?

4. Whats UAA like? Is it a good campus?

5. Whats the aviation program like at UAA?

6. How cold does anchorage and fairbanks get? Will i need an engine heater?

7. Is minimum wage higher or lower then washington?

8. Is the cost of living higher?

I know most people probably wouldnt be able to answer all of these but if i can get some good first person advise that would be great.

Ok so my automatic 2008 dodge avenger rt awd does 0-60 in ~7.5 seconds and 0-100 in ~18. They stay about the same with esp fully on and with esp partially off. But i cant figure out how to get it 100% off and if that would help my times? I've tried the "key trick" and holding the button.
